Reseller Portal
Our PortaOne network allows our VoIP Resellers the ability to create and manage their customers from an easy to use, point and click interface. We currently use MR 80.
Customer Portal
This portal allows your customers to manage the features that affect all their users; things like extension numbering, hunt groups, call queues, music on hold and much more. They can also pay their invoice here to you. That requires you having a credit card merchant set up on your reseller portal.
Account Portal
This portal allows individual users the ability to manage their services. Customers can also manage their auto attendant and other services.
